2018 City Council Elections

The 2018 Elections are just around the corner. The following candidates will appear on the City of Mesquite's 2018 City Council Election:

• Seat 1 -- 4 year term ending in 2022:

         W. Geno Withelder, Incumbent

         Sandra Ramaker

          L. Kay Mercer

• Seat 3 -- 4 year term ending in 2022:

         David Ballweg, Incumbent

          George Gault

• Seat 4 -- 4 year term ending in 2022:

           Annie Black

          Karen Fielding

          Charles "Chuck" Kruder

Seat 1 and Seat 4 candidates will be up for the Primary Election and due to there are only being two candidates for Seat 3, candidates David Ballweg and George Gault will go through onto the final General Election.

The Primary Election is Tuesday, June 12, 2018 and the General Election is Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018.
