MESQUITE PICKLEBALL COURTS PROJECT

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Pickleball Courts Project will be received by Mesquite City, at the office, 10 East Mesquite Blvd, Mesquite, NV 89027, until 2:00 local time on August 17, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  

Construction of an eight court pickleball complex. Includes parking lot, electrical, irrigation, culinary, communication, and storm drain utility installation.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.

Bidding Documents may be received by emailing tanderson@mesquitenv.gov; or at the office of the Engineer, Mesquite City 10 East Mesquite Blvd, Mesquite, Nevada 89027, on Mondays through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Any notices regarding changes / addenda to the Project Documents will be sent to the email addresses associated with those who receive contract documents. Bidders are responsible to maintain accurate contact information and check with Mesquite City often to receive updates or additional information.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This is a federally funded project subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, Section 3, Affirmative action/Equal Opportunity and other federal regulations.
