After your permit is issued, you will need to schedule inspections for your type of permit. Your permit application becomes your permit and is issued a Permit Number (i.e., a wall permit will become RWF-07-0123)
Inspection requests are scheduled through our Inspection Line voicemail by dialing (702) 346-6156.
The cut-off time for scheduling next day inspections is at 4:00 pm on the day before the required inspection.
Leave your permit number (using the example above that would be RWF-07-0123) and the type of inspection you need in the voice message.
Have your permit and plans in a visible location for the inspectors to review and sign.
The inspectors will sign your inspection card to indicate it has passed. If it hasn’t passed, they will leave a comment on the inspection card and will email report to contact email.
Same day building inspections can be performed only if time permits based on inspector's workload for the day. $35.00 fee applies and must be paid prior to the inspection.
