Lincoln Bagstad is the winner of the All Wheels Park naming contest.
The All Wheels Park has a new name "SKATE YARD". The winner of the naming contest is 9-year-old Lincoln Bagstad. Lincoln was presented with a new bike donated by Councilmember Karen Fielding and refurbished by Mike Gomes of All in Cycles.
